Tymbo Help

How do I start selling fashion on Tymbo?

Selling has been made very easy. In order to make your listings even more attractive, we recommend you to tell others something about yourself and/or your style in your profile that’s visible in all your listings. The payments are made through PayPal, and once your item has been sold and the buyer has received it, the payment will be transferred on your PayPal/bank account in 5-7 business days.

What is the fee for selling items?

Creating a listing in Tymbo is free, and the seller can decide the price (including the estimated postage and packaing expenses). We suggest that the selling price is at least 30% cheaper than the original retail price, but the seller can decide about this, depending on the condition and type of the product. Seller gets 90% of the product price once the item is sold. Tymbo charges a 10% fee for each product sold on the site. As a Tymbo user, you can list as many products for sale as you want.

How can I list an item on Tymbo?

Just go to the “sell” page, and add an item description, price and pictures of the fashion piece you want to sell. Please be accurate and write as detailed description as possible, as this way potential buyers know what is the condition of the product. Product sizing and measures are also vital for succeeding as a seller, and don’t forget that pictures do tell a thousand words!

I found a cool item, how can I buy it?

Buying is fast, safe and simple. When you find something, read the description carefully before buying. However, remember that all items will be sold for the first buyer, so be fast! Buy the product in seconds by clicking the Buy Now button. The payment is made through PayPal. You won’t need to sign up for PayPal though, as you can pay the item(s) with your debit/credit card through the PayPal service. Once the payment is made, we’ll inform the buyer and s/he will ship the product.

I’m having trouble with uploading images of the item(s) I want to sell. Can you help me?

Uploading can take some time if there are many users browsing on Tymbo. Please be patient. Make sure that the picture you are uploading is a jpeg and is not too big. Unfortunately Tymbo cannot accept images from third parties, they must always be taken by the user.
